We look at the equity in your home ONLY. No beacon score requirements, no income requirements. For urban areas we will generally lend up to a maximum of 75% of the appriased value of your home. Smaller centers and rural areas we can lend up to 65% of the value of your home. 

1st mortgages from 7.99% c/mo. (prime marketable property)

2nd mortgages from 10.99% c/mo.

Placement fees and legal fees are deducted from the mortgage advance.  We treat our equity lending clients with respect and always try to council you in your best interests.
